I work with companies on their data and AI problems — strategy, architecture, adoption, analytics, model-building. Sometimes that means a two-week diagnostic to figure out what's going wrong. Sometimes it means embedding as a fractional data leader for months. Sometimes it means building something from scratch. The common thread is taking messy, real-world business problems and turning data into decisions that actually get made.
